How does free first-year resizing work?
We want your ring to fit exactly how it should.
If you’re local, you can stop by our showroom and we’ll size your finger in person. If you’re ordering remotely, we can guide you through sizing options or refer to our ring size guide here.
If the size isn’t perfect after you receive your ring: Your first resize is free within one year of purchase, for adjustments within one full size up or down. Eternity bands, tungsten and carbide can't be resized under this policy. After that, or for larger adjustments, we're happy to resize your ring — we'll quote the job before starting. Our goal is simple: your ring should feel just right from day one.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yeah, this is totally our thing. You can take a style we already have and tweak it, or go fully custom and build something from scratch. Change the band, setting, diamond shape, whatever you’re picturing, we’ll help you dial it in.
Got an inspo pic? A random idea? Even just a vibe? We’ll turn it into a real ring. Most made-to-order and custom pieces take up to 14 business days — about three weeks — depending on the design.
What is the 100% Diamond Upgrade program?
Bring in a diamond you bought from us and we’ll apply 100% of what you paid toward a new diamond that’s at least 50% more in value and the same type (lab for lab, natural for natural). See how trade-ups work.
What is the return or exchange policy?
If it’s not exactly what you had in mind, you have 14 days to return or exchange it for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn.
Custom pieces, special orders, engravings, or items altered by another jeweler are final sale.
What does the Lifetime Refurbishing service include?
We keep your ring looking brand new. Always. Free lifetime cleaning, polishing, and touch-ups whenever it needs a refresh. Just stop by.
