How does free first-year resizing work?
Your first resize is free within one year of purchase, for adjustments within one full size up or down. Eternity bands, tungsten and carbide can't be resized under this policy. After that, or for larger adjustments, we're happy to resize your ring — we'll quote the job before starting. See our Lifetime Warranty.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes. Much of our own collection was designed in-house, and we build custom pieces from scratch as well as reworking rings you already own. The best place to start is a consultation — bring ideas, photos, or an existing piece, and we'll walk through what's possible, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
What is the 100% Diamond Upgrade program?
Bring in a diamond you bought from us and we’ll apply 100% of what you paid toward a new diamond that’s at least 50% more in value and the same type (lab for lab, natural for natural). See how trade-ups work.
What is Icing On The Ring?
We're a family-owned jeweler in the Los Angeles Jewelry District, founded in 1969 and now run by the fourth generation. We're the exclusive Tacori Platinum retailer in the district and an authorized Charles & Colvard retailer. We've been named to The Knot Hall of Fame after five Best of Weddings wins, and we hold 4.8 stars across Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
What does the Lifetime Refurbishing service include?
Once a year, for as long as you own the piece, we'll resurface and polish it to bring back its original finish. It's complimentary and there's no paperwork — just bring it in. Turnaround is up to two weeks.
Is the Free Gemstone Tightening service available?
Yes, and it's free for the life of your piece with no annual limit. If a stone feels loose or a prong looks worn, bring it in and we'll inspect the setting and secure it. You don't need to wait for your yearly refurbishing, and inspections aren't a condition of your warranty — they're just a good idea.
